Nerve 03:12
[Verse 1] I don’t understand you, can’t reprimand you You’ve just got no discretion I can’t pave your way, can’t save your day Won’t make you always special [Chorus] How’d you think I would feel, With your frightful appeal? Don’t you steal away my last nerve The walls are all closing in Catching my insides and reeling them in You’re lying, I’m crying, you’re flying, I’m dying Just trying to get on my very last nerve [Verse 2] I can feel you dreaming, can hear you screaming At all the ones who hurt you But I can’t be the person who makes you certain That no one lives just for you I try so hard to conceal it and never feel it Won’t let you see my anger But there comes a time when it gets you, and never lets you Keep it in anymore, and [Chorus] x2 How’d you think I would feel, With your frightful appeal? Don’t you steal away my last nerve The walls are all closing in Catching my insides and reeling them in You’re lying, I’m crying, you’re flying, I’m dying Just trying to get on my very last nerve

Insanity 03:47
[Verse 1] People always ask "what’s in your head?" They question but no one has an answer Maybe it’s more than previously thought And there’s something more going on Why do we shake and stumble and fall? Sometimes we’re bold and sometimes we cower We ignore the things that we have been taught Is there something more going on? [Pre-Chorus] What’s in your head? What’s in your head? You can’t deny its presence [Chorus] All of my Sanity Seems to be leaving me Now comes his wannabe His worst archenemy Insanity Insanity It's taking over me Rash and uneducated Sanity he’s always hated [Verse 2] Can’t help but do it all on his time No care for you but you don’t even feel it Sometimes he’s fearful others he’s violent But sometimes there’s more going on Through the door, on the floor, don’t know what he’s got in store War, rotten to the core, even harder to ignore But to restore I implore you not to deplore me anymore [Pre-Chorus] What’s in your head? What’s in your head? You can’t deny its presence [Chorus] x2 All of my Sanity Seems to be leaving me Now comes his wannabe His worst archenemy Insanity Insanity It's taking over me Rash and uneducated Sanity he’s always hated [Modified Chorus] Please come back Sanity Don’t you remember me? Look there’s your wannabe Your worst archenemy Insanity Insanity He’s taking over me Don’t let him lure and chase you away You hold your ground the least you can do is Stay

Clockwork 03:28
[Intro] It’s half past heartbreak, both hands vertical Staring face to face, round and round on the dial An age of love seemed like a second now it’s over All I wanted to do was get a little closer [Verse 1] 1, 2, 3, I had you all to me But I was blind, no I couldn’t see 4, 5, 6, nothing up there clicks You were nothing like what love depicts 7, 8, 9, baby you were mine Sun never set on you, I had to draw the line 10, 11, 12, the clock struck midnight Now it’s all over, but I’ll be alright [Chorus] It’s half past heartbreak, but both hands are vertical Staring face to face, round and round on the dial An age of love seemed like a second now it’s over All I wanted to do was get a little closer I thought you’d be the one to set the tone But then you walked away left me all alone This illusion in my head is coming to an end You never loved me, did you, you just had to pretend [Verse 2] 1, 2, 3, need to be free Dragged on land up out of the sea 4, 5, 6, don’t you use your tricks Breaking me up with stones and sticks 7, 8, 9, I had no sign Love’s a word that I can’t define 10, 11, 12, the clock struck midnight Now it’s all over, but I’ll be alright [Chorus] x2 It’s half past heartbreak, but both hands are vertical Staring face to face, round and round on the dial An age of love seemed like a second now it’s over All I wanted to do was get a little closer I thought you’d be the one to set the tone But then you walked away left me all alone This illusion in my head is coming to an end You never loved me, did you, you just had to pretend

Hurricane 04:22
[Verse 1] Hidden away from life Kept in this cage that has taken me captive It’s chained me down [Chorus] They don’t see my light Blind from the haze of this world They wander right Into the storm they call home Their colors fade Into each other while mine Are clear and bright And everyone looks down on me [Verse 2] The sea calls me Towards the hurricane blowing its way in It’s wrecking lives It won’t stop in time The eye is the only place I need to get to I’ll hold my ground [Chorus] Now they see my light Eyes cleared up from the fog Seeing through the storm Into the center where I Stand strong and tall Patiently waiting for Auras to turn bright Far from the grey they once were [Bridge] Were we a kind of people who Fell into darkness so quick Quickly they run to me Cause the eye is where they want to be [Chorus] Now they see my light Eyes cleared up from the fog Seeing through the storm Into the center where I Stand strong and tall I won’t let them fall but a few never Make it to the eye, their pride keeps them Shackled by worldly chains

[Verse 1] I don’t feel near Close to the drear of Our sad milieu Our silent show Quiescent fools How did we lose Touch with the world We’re stuck in our own dream world [Chorus] World’s gone silent can’t break the spell Everything we know just might as well Cease existence oh who would tell I’m growing so distant I’m feeling myself slip away Barren streets but I can hear the bell Tolling, screaming it’s hollow knell To deathly silence our world fell World’s gone silent, yeah the world’s gone silent [Verse 2] How do we save This forlorn grave? We have to try Or this world dies Stop silence’s scheme Tear out a scream Cut through the night It is time to make things right [Chorus] World’s gone silent can’t break the spell Everything we know just might as well Cease existence oh who would tell I’m growing so distant I’m feeling myself slip away Barren streets but I can hear the bell Tolling, screaming it’s hollow knell To deathly silence our world fell World’s gone silent yeah the world’s gone silent It’s time to fight come join me now This silence we will not allow We will win, I’m sure somehow Come stand with me now, no we won’t bow To this I swore, oh to this I swore This world we’ll free no don’t ignore The yearning for just one encore Of the days long gone, oh this is war

about

Tales From the Beige Couch was Forever We Roam's introduction to the world, coming in with a bang. The group recorded the album true-DIY-band-style in guitarist JT Sutek's garage, and produced it with the help of Cade Ratcliff. The opening track, Nerve, garnered unexpected attention for the young band, leading them to begin writing their first full length album soon after.
